Paula Di Mauro is the broker and founder of Urban Key Realty, a boutique Miami real estate firm. The first 27 years of her life were spent in Uruguay where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing, married her high school sweetheart in 2004 and moved to Miami. Upon arrival in the US, Paula resumed her business studies and earned a second bachelor’s degree, with a major in Accounting, soon after becoming a mom in 2007. Little did she know, this strange mix of educational background coupled with her role as a mother, would set the perfect frame to launch a successful residential real estate career.

After her 3^rd child was born and her family was complete, Paula decided it was time for a change and jumped into real estate as an investor. The results came fast and were remarkable! She not only invested in extremely profitable rental properties for herself, but before she knew it, she was helping friends from Miami and Uruguay do the same. This became such an enterprise that she started a company to handle all aspects of property management.

Investors represented 80% of her sales when she founded Urban Key Realty in 2016 and started shifting her focus to serve local families and relocations to Miami. The company was conceived under the premise that where we live directly impacts our quality of life, and special care has to be given to selecting the right place for each of us, based on our particular set of circumstances.

Nowadays, Paula serves mostly families, with school aged kids, looking for their perfect Miami home. She specializes in the neighborhoods of Pinecrest, South Miami, Coral Gables and Brickell, and graciously offers knowledgeable advice regarding private and public schools in these areas to anyone who needs it. Paula excels when introduced to a family moving to Miami from out of town, as she understands the concerns and has the knowledge and patience to take these families by the hand, put them at ease and lead them into their dream home – and life! Part of her current services include relocation advice and full range assistance, from big tasks like coordinating the entire logistics for an inter-state or international move, to setting clients up with banks, schools and doctors, empowering her clients to hit the ground running upon arrival to Miami.

Under Paula’s leadership, her team of ten agents works every day to help investors find investment opportunities, and families find their dream home.These agents excel because they offer knowledgeable market advice, assistance in every aspect of the purchasing or leasing process, and they adhere to higher-than-standard parameters of service. Paula is with them every step of the way to assist and support their efforts in delivering superb service.

Most recently, Paula received a Certified Residential Specialist certificate which is the highest credential award to residential agents. This award is so prestigious, only 3% of realtors have this designation.
