Coconut Grove

Known to locals as “the Grove”, Coconut Grove is Miami’s original art gallery district. It has attracted writers, artists, and musicians since the late 1800’s, and their artsy vibe can be felt on the lush green streets of the Grove. Recent years have brought increasingly Europeans to the area, mostly from France, adding to that fleur one can only experience here.

Tour Coconut Grove:

Head to Cocowalk for a very tranquil and low-key afternoon. Enjoy some of Miami’s best people watching, with your furry friend, before you head to The Barnacle Historic State Park for a tour. Note park is closed on Tuesday, and park fee is $2 so plan accordingly. On Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30PM you can do Yoga by the Sea for a small fee. Check park website for updated information.

In for a romantic dinner? Take a window table at Le Bouchon Du Grove and transport yourself to France. When you come with family to the Grove, there is no better place to dine as Farinelli, kids, pet friendly and delicious.
